3) If he wins, he collects the damages and he will donate to some charity. If it was by the Govt of Singapore, it will go into Govt coffers
4) PM and Chairman of GIC titles are mentioned to highlight his reputation and to claim higher damages. If he was a carpark attendant, the amount will be much much lesser.
