Coming election, LKY may not able to make it and join his wife..sympathy votes PAP will win a land sliding 80% victory.
the 2nd election, GCT die, sympathy votes again but winning votes down to 72%
the 3rd elections LHL die, sympathy votes winning votes increase to 75%
You are completely wrong and no foresight. When LKY passed on, all his old generations supporters would still be around meh?
By the time GCT hei hei, the young generations have matured and would have full knowledge of being betrayed by the ruling party, they can't wait for him to Kong Kar Kiao. Nobody, then, would have trusted msm because new media take center stage in all forms of communications. We might not even need a TV anymore.
LHL, not sure if he is still around to witness such event - a new dawn for Singaporeans. And new citizens, well, they would have joined opposition parties too. The winner takes all.

1. Age 60 and above 80% vote
2. Age 45~60- 65% vote
3. Age 30~45 - 55 %
4. Age 30 and below only 40 vote
So next 2 election PAP will still in power for sure. Any one want to bet. 3rd election we may see some fight.

It was a silly mistake, no challenge on that. But that incident was a bit played up to discredit an opposing candidate's integrity.
Politics is not everyone's cup of tea especially when phobocracy is at play.
