wonder if any lawyers would help sue the perpetrator of this tragedy, pro bono. kudos to you guys in advance :o:o:o

Many lawyers have already offered to sue pro bono..... they usually just ask for 10-15% of the returns.... which may usually amount to quite a bit

Re: PRC ferrari driver Ma Yong's brother is a big mafia boss?

Places with casinos are typically money laundering hubs.

Of course, my hunch is that Singapore already was a money laundering hub before the casinos were built... but casinos make it much more convenient.

Lastly, for those pro-PAP porlumpars who don't agree with the term 'money laundering hub', may I suggest the less offensive term: 'financial hub'.

It's more or less the same thing.

Re: PRC ferrari driver Ma Yong's brother is a big mafia boss?

Of cox it is, last time used to be indonesians, now are the indians and PRCs. I mentioned before one of my female friend, she was a private secretary of an Indian old man, she got paid 8K a month, got personal driver, she gets the driver when her boss not in town. Every month she has to issue 6 figures cheques, bought a few unit of apartment in a single storey before. Have to be 24 hours standby, dunno when her boss will be in town. Got 1 time she bought 1st class flight seat for her boss, thought that her boss had gone, but he didnt go without telling her....

Eventually she quits, because of the stress and feel like she's doing something illegal, her boss still wants her back, but she rejected.

I have many years of banking experience and has witnessed customer depositing large bills regulary on a weekly basis.

I personally have counted these notes and know that it is kept in a safe for a long time. An experienced cashier can tell the difference of the old stale notes.

Now at any counter u queque in the bank, you will note that the Singapore $1000 bill is the most heavily used note.

Singapore is a haven for those who transact in big numbers on cash terms. Remember the Korean courier was stopped at the airport with $ 6 million cash in his suitcase..

We have the world largest denomination.. a $10,000 note. One single piece is equal to Usd 8000..

The world most populated country has only a RMB 100 bill..which is about Sing$ 20 only....Why on earth does Singapore need and issue so large a denomination of $10,000...to facilitate those who transact big numbers on the quiet..???

Is:nt it facilitating the money lauderers and drug lords....??? You can stashed some $20 million in cash in a safe deposit box in a bank here..all in $1000 and $10,000 denominations.

Is it to make Singapore a hub for parking large ill-gotten gains..???

One day, the Finance Minister must account for this likely illegal and dubious arrangements..making it easy for drug lords and money lauderer to park their money here...

I smell something fishy with this arrangement....

You obviously don't own a car. If you did, you will know that it won't be the driver who will be paying the dead people's relatives.

Cass baby...the motherfucker is dead. It's his estate! Yes I'm pretty sure the fucking PRC family will be more than willing to pay full compensation in the event the toxicology result shows that alcohol content to be way over the permitted limit.

Check your facts before you shoot your mouth off. The insurance will have to pay the victims but may have a right to make Ma pay them back.

I may have to concede in this particular case due to the publicity. It is clear of course PAP linked cocksuckers like you are served tea and croissants when you are involved and claims expedited. How many of the ignorant and lowly peasants had their claims buried under a mountain of legal jargon and procedures? How many gave up after that? I've heard that the insurance company have an umbrella body that pays out claims in the event of drivers without insurance cover too. We will wait and see how it pan out.

With the kind of COE prices today? Yes I am a peasant. I don't sell funeral blankets. And besides, I love to squeeze into MRT trains to smell the odour of all these PAP invited Foreign Talents. I too like MRT breakdowns so I can have the time to read sammyboy on my made in China fake Iphone5s.

Asking Subbas to do this case is like asking John Wong to do plastic surgery or Woffles Wu to treat cancer.

Before Mrs Ma Chi runs road, she should visit the hospital to find out who the 20+ year old chio bu is.
Imagine living the rest of her life not knowing.
After that, she can get lost.

She's welcome here. At least she's got money and won't be like the beggars and whiners.

The next time, she could be behind the wheel of her new Ferrari, and your child may be in the Lexus that she rams.

Ma Chi's friends said that he is not born rich and he makes a lot of money in "investment" or "something". Seems like a wildly success story ? How many successful business men work hard for years cannot afford a $1.4 million Ferrari ? Wonder CPID or Commercial Crime Department is looking at this Ma Chi financial background and how he makes his millions ?
