I've never heard of beef nasi briyani before. :confused:

halsey02 is not wrong about the beef beriyani. This is an item at Malay weddings. Also there was a big fraud a couple of years ago when some Indian Muslim restaurants/butchers were selling beef as mutton. Most of the unsuspecting victims were Hindus and Buddhists who do not beef. Beef is cheaper than mutton, hence the fraud.:(
 
if can have halal char kway tiao and bak chor mee, then why not beer nasi byrani?

Try Google. There is beef briyani. While on the way to Malacca for holidays, we stopped at a roadside stall in Batu Pahat.Best beef briyani I ever tried.
