I had hair cut at Ghim Moh, only $10.

$12 - $15 is the current range for a proper haircut
$8 - $10 is the Auntie type, no matter how you describe, they will stick to their own style
Whoever offer less than these amount, sure are those "buy-package" scheme, standby tio hard-sell

You can pay for a 'membership' and let those ATB aunties cut your hair at a cheap price. Being fluent in Mandarin and using shaver guard numbers to specify how you want your hair to cut, that will help improve the result.

Hard selling is usually done to those silly women who get their hairdo done there. The cheebais are more vain and their haircare products cost a lot, there's more profit margin when they are being targeted.

$6 cut for senior citizens, decent cut, don't expect Kcut quality and environment...

If you can spend around $10, please seek out a vintage (Malay or Indian) barber shop and get a haircut there.
