Very poor attitude. I hired her as part of a group of four. My previous experience with poly grads is that they are much better than useless uni idiots but this one different.
As part of the orientation about how the business works they are supposed to join the workers and help receive supplies from the wholesalers. They are also required to follow the procurement manager to see how fresh catch is being selected and bought
This young woman, after two days, instead of being grateful I gave her the job, complained about having to wake up so early, complained about smell of fish on her clothing, complained about colleagues
I wasted no time, since it was during probation, I told her to go see HR manager to outprocess. She started jumping up and down and I told her economy is good, find something else more suited.
I also scolded HR manager for getting this idiot in the first place. Too bad I can't hire a PRC because of the stupid dependency ratio ceiling.
Economy is good - jobs and incomes are rising as reported today. Hope we SME can have higher ratio!
