I Finally Have To Buy LED TV.....Should Buy From Where ???

my LCD 21' akria doesnt have backlight
so no matter how I adjust
it doesnt look as bright as my old CRT TV
so the picture looks really bad and dim

finally, my CRT tv has to retire after years of gallant service........:(

thought of waiting until LED tvs with DVB-T2 tuners come out then buy but still not out yet..........:(

so which place a good place to buy ?

what? if your lcd have no backlight, you will see zip, nothing, nadat, and not dim and bad. You have a lcd tv with a weak backlight.

First go get the price and model you like from lets say Courts or Best Denki and please check for freebies too.

Then you call them give them the model and ask for quote and check for freebies. If you happy with the price and offer then you just ask them to deliver they will give you a date maybe the next day you just prepare the cash for them. Ok ok I not sure they will want you to go pay first or not but for me they can recognise me so they will deliver and I pay. They will deliver to your doorstep.

Panasonic LED TV is good....Philips not bad...not sure about Sharp though.

But my brother in law's SAMSUNG LED TV is causing him so much headache...popularity not equal to quality.

Best bet is to buy from Mustaffa..but make sure whicheVer Brand you choose; comes with at Least an One year InternationaL warranty.Good Lucks.

I use LED TVs in Jakarta, LG. Don't have HD channels in my apartment so cannot tell how good it is. In Thailand its Plasma TVs happy with the HD channels. Maid has a LCD no idea how well it work cos don't go to her room to watch TV.

Charlie99, I think the only way is to watch HD tv to be able to compare so unfortunately in the condo that I stayed in Jakarta there is no HD channel so I cannot really tell. My Bangkok Plasma is 5 years old and now a days with the HD channels here I find its really clear so am surprised that a 5 year old plasma can produce such high quality pix.
