finally, my CRT tv has to retire after years of gallant service........:(

thought of waiting until LED tvs with DVB-T2 tuners come out then buy but still not out yet..........:(

so which place a good place to buy ?

if my tv cabinet can fit in 42'' tv, i would have gone for plasma for sure.........there was an offer for just $399 months ago !

Plasma is soo yesterday and theu chew more juice and have damn limited lifespan...its really obsolete. Panasonic hang on too long to old tech

Nobody use LED?

I use LED TVs in Jakarta, LG. Don't have HD channels in my apartment so cannot tell how good it is. In Thailand its Plasma TVs happy with the HD channels. Maid has a LCD no idea how well it work cos don't go to her room to watch TV.

When in Singapore I always go big shops in malls to look for what I want then call Goh Ah Bee or Parisilk to buy.
