A vs B

A is all powerful, all rich, all connections etc etc etc
B is apparently a greedy bitch who doesn't tell the truth

A is trying to postpone trial like hell...

B has no problems going to trial....

hypothetical question : if A so right, so good, etc etc etc etc, what is A scared off
