MDA happy to work with games industry on Bill against remote gambling

SINGAPORE: Singapore's Media Development Authority (MDA) said it is happy to work with the games industry to clarify how a proposed Bill against remote gambling will be put into operation.
A spokesperson also noted that the Bill will not impede the development of legitimate social media gaming businesses.
MDA's comments on Monday (oct 6) come ahead of debate on the Remote Gambling Bill in Parliament, which will sit on Tuesday.
