When campaigning for GY at Aljunied GRC, LKY threatened that Aljunied residents will need to repent if WP wins. He called Singapore voters daft and said that an Opposition win is a Freak Election result. What arrogance!

That's the difference between world class politicians and 3rd class gangsters

World class politicians like Obama accept the voters choice and losers reconcile with winners

3rd class gangster politicians play dirty, change rules to disadvantage opponents, call voters daft, consider an opposition win a freak result and may send in the army shd they lose a GE.

It is not a freak result when the opposition wins. All it means is that the voters have made a choice, the PAP has been kicked out by Singaporean voters

You need him to at least have the chance to say it as well. If 50% of GRCs goes to any other parties you don't think he'll say the same? Having just 1 or 2 GRC while the majority is still getting controlled by PAP. Why show "weakness" when you don't have to?

pap already said if pap loses power, it is a freak election rather than to admit that the voters prefer the Alternative parties. The pap must be gracious in defeat and accept the voters choice.

I fear such kiasu and arrogant pap mentality
