瑞典家具零售巨擘宜家家居（IKEA）集團21日表示，為了專注發展數位通路，將於未來幾年裁撤7,500個工作，主要對象是後勤部門的行政人員，約占整體員工數的4.7%。
IKEA在聲明中指出，未來幾年將透過廣設能直接接觸消費者的據點、強化物流及送貨到府服務，並強化電商部門，預估能新增1.15萬個工作。
IKEA正處於轉型期，致力於提振數位、送貨及其他服務，並在快速變遷的零售及消費大環境中，測試新的店面形式。
而在公司現有人力中，冗員占近5%。執行長布羅丁說：「我們的組織必須簡化。過去幾年，我們透過各種方式投資資源，老實說，我們現在發現組織內部分工作有些重疊。」
布羅丁說，重複的工作主要出現在後勤及全球服務辦公室，但幾個市場的在地服務辦公室也會受到衝擊。
他在受訪時強調，這波裁員並不是針對店面營運及通路部門。

Swedish furniture retail giant IKEA Group (IKEA) Group said on the 21st that in order to focus on the development of digital channels, 7,500 jobs will be abolished in the next few years, mainly for the administrative staff of the logistics department, accounting for 4.7% of the total number of employees.
