香港一名45歲菲傭，被指控多次趁僱主不在家時，撫摸雇主8歲兒子陽具致勃起，並強行性交，時間長達近兩年，該案當時被香港法院裁定有罪並判囚4年半。菲傭上訴後，昨天（20日）被上訴庭同意菲傭說「他沒勃起」，裁定可上訴，撤銷定罪及判囚。

據香港《蘋果日報》報導，上訴庭指出，原審法官於判決時，裁定「男孩下體勃起與上訴人正常性交」，但當時男孩供稱自己當時沒有勃起，怎麼可能與菲傭「以雙腳合併的站立姿勢性交」。因此接納菲傭「男孩證據與其裁決不符」說法，裁定可上訴撤銷定罪。
