How to upgrade Taxi Drivers?

Gahmen talk so much about productivity but how do you upgrade taxi drivers ?

They are the most unproductive lot between 10am - 4pm

if u talking about earn more $$...

- drive Chrysler iso Crown
- act as pimp to tourist & bring them to Geylang
- drive faster so that you can pick up more fares
- OR drive slower so the meter jump longer
- drive longer route - but do so tactically to earn more fare.
