Send the predators UAV drones to terminate all Drug Lords, like they do to Talibans.

Sooner of later no more people dare to trade drugs.

Some gov. members/ elites/ VVIPs will cry foul if you wipe out drug lords.
Interlink is very complicated...

Balance the supply and demand and the world will live as one.

The so-called 'Drug War' has FAILED:

1) America's voracious appetite for drugs will always find a willing supplier (cartel) who will reap the incredibly amount of profit drugs make. US must LEGALIZE and CONTROL drug flow.

2) American corporations just make way too much money selling weapon and processing chemicals to drug gangs.

3) Latin America realizes that US-funded programs against drugs are just ways to set up military posts and intervene in the region.

4) Unless the US engage willingly allows drug-producing countries on an EQUAL STANDING PARTNERSHIP, the problem will not be contained.

Possible.

Do like what the dutch did. Legalize it and control the distribution to certain areas or shops. This takes the mystique away and actually reduced drug abuse and dug related crimes over there. Unfortunately the attempt at making it totally illegal has driven the prices of drugs sky high and causing the drug business to flourish due to the profits.

what's so difficult for USA to stop cocaine/heroin ?...................since it needs to be grown and not made in factory................if it's a synthetic drug then different lah...........

USA owns Colombia.............US military/ CIA, etc etc and the Colombians combined can easily destroy any farms and cartels if they wanted..........not difficult for them to identify the drug bosses at all...........

why USA so hostile against Afghanistan and Myanmar in the past ???..............becoz USA can't control their drug trade, that's why..............

Just legalise it worldwide, tax it & profit will plunge & nobody will be interested to get involve!

Agree . No why to control. Let market decide demand and supply. If some one willing to pay of course there will be some one willing to sell.
No one forcing anyone to take drug.

Easy. Simply liberalise recreational drugs. Then no more problem. Society's problems no more government's problems.

After all, it worked well in the labour markets, hasn't it?
