Number of international tourists rises by 4.4% worldwide despite concerns over extremist attacks

The number of international tourists rose by 4.4% worldwide in 2015 to hit a record 1.18 billion despite concerns over extremist attacks, the United Nations World Tourism Organisation has said.

France remained the world’s most popular tourist destination, followed by the United States, Spain and China, according to the Madrid-based body which tracks the number of tourists who made an overnight stay at an international destination.

Can't be done. The only way is that these "terrorists" have something else more worthwhile to pursue in life than revenge and killing for Allah. Sports, education, music, arts, cuisine. Something to channel their energies towards. Maybe can persuade ISIS to form a soccer team and invite them to compete in the World Cup. If they reach the finals, their members would want to become soccer players, and stop throwing bomb into cafes. Just my suggestion.
