For elderly who are wheelchair bound, and hand weak unable to cross properly, how they do the voting?
The familee member nor the station assistants will be allowed to help also.

Polling agent only can help to a certain extend. They cannot see what the elderly going to vote for and can't assist them to hold the pen le.
