How should I pray, here or there?

My kakis told me to go Bugis and Geylang to pray to 4 face buddha but if I really want it to work I need to go to Bangkok's 4 face buddha near World Trade Centre this one is more accurate. Is there any expert here to advise me if they are all not the same? If not the same why all same name? If not the same so which is more zun?
