Heard from Steve Chia during his rally speech, ministers draw salary and pension (he didn't mention name) during parliamentary debate and he was told is in their contract, that you cannot change because is in their contract, he further encourage the residents of Pioneer to ask his opponent (Cedric Foo) how is it that our CPF under social contract withdrawer age is 55 can be changed to 60, 63 and 65.
