Singapore deserves an explanation from PAP:

i. how many foreigners PAP plan to admit? (ie. target pop is 6million, 7 million, 8milion???)
ii. what is the criteria for admission? (ie. must foreigner do something Singaporean cannot do or unwilling to do?)

Singaporeans need comfort to know that PAP will not anyhow admit foreigners.

This info is in the national interest. PAP cannot keep this secret or classified.
