It's not about criticizing but frank remarks given to you by your friends and colleagues.
Not many people (including our Sillypore gahbrament) is willing to accept frank remarks and think through it for self-improvement.
Most of the time we are stubborn and don't get to see our real self until someone pointed it out to us.
Is there a way to give frank remarks tactfully without confronting, hurting and offending people?
