Housewife sexually harassed by lewd SMSes

A housewife is complaining about being harassed and courted by another woman.
To deal with her unwanted and unusual "pursuer", she has lodged a police report and brought the matter to her husband, and her pursuer's husband. Yes, that's right, her pursuer's husband. And this is how it started. Mdm Chen (42, housewife) met her pursuer in August last year when she was bringing her 5-year-old son to attend kindergarten.
The other woman is 36 years old, from China, and the parent of a friend of Mdm Chen's son. She is said to be married to a Singaporean and has two children like Mdm Chen. The two women hit it off well when they met and even paid visits to each other to chat. Unknown to Mdm Chen, the younger woman harboured feelings for her.
Some time later, the younger woman boldly confessed her feelings to Mdm Chen. An SMS from the younger woman read, "I like you. It doesn't matter how others see me, or how my husband scolds me, it doesn't change the fact that I like you." After her confession, the younger woman began to dress like a man and earnestly began to court Mdm Chen.
She declared to Mdm Chen that she is bisexual and even began to send Mdm Chen lewd SMSes regularly. Mdm Chen rejected the younger woman's advances but continued to be pestered by her. Mdm Chen finally got the SMSes to stop only after she used her husband's phone to message the younger woman to warn her off.
Mdm Chen also contacted the younger woman's husband about this. The man replied that his wife was acting abnormally due to mood swings and insisted that his wife is not bisexual. He also apologised to Mdm Chen on his wife's behalf. But Mdm Chen feels that the apology lacks sincerity and has since lodged a police report alleging sexual harassment from the younger woman.
