Must be the residual effects of Agent Orange. I fear she will be menopausal by 19 years old.

I wonder if she has hit puberty or not. I know every new generation in general tends to hit puberty at an earlier age but i still believe that at 12 yrs of ago they should at least be in the early stages obviously that viet gal looks like she's completed puberty. I also read about kids hitting puberty at 8 but it's probably a minority not the norm.

thats not a very accurate way to prove coz some gers are born with late puberty some even no period at all.

In Singapore can. In Vietnam, NRIC or birth cert anyhow hantum DOB also can. In the first place, dunno got birth cert in Vietnam or not!!
