In the 80s and 90s the name fatty loo strike fear into the hearts of people who are into horses racing
especially the trainers and jockeys..he was so influential which enable him to fix up quite a number of races during that period and
in the 90s he team up with the indonesian syndicate the three kingdom stables
under their leader hong li in fixing races and tote dumping..till the cpib step in.
Both fatty loo and indo hong li are the main smugglers and distributors in ecstasy pills which help them to rake in millons

fatty loo a former lawyer was a RI boy who make good and graduate with a law degree,he lives in a bungalow near caldecott hill
