Katong are built on soft reclaimed land, don't blame the Tiong.Dig lah, dig some more, and use Tiong contractors to do so.
Please don't insult our intelligence and claim this happened due to climate change.![]()
You mean it was reclaimed by British more than 100 yrs ago ? WowKatong are built on soft reclaimed land, don't blame the Tiong.
While most part of the main land are cemeteries, the eastern land of Singapore used to be sea.You mean it was reclaimed by British more than 100 yrs ago ? Wow
What a shameless lot of imbeciles!
CNA, Mothership, PUB have the cheek to publish that “The Singapore Civil Defence Force rescued the female driver, and conveyed her conscious to Raffles Hospital”, when in fact, it was the migrant workers who quickly and instinctively rescued the driver. (See video in Comments)
In fact, they did it so fast, there was not a single policeman or SCDF personnel in the vicinity - it was way before they arrived.
Kudos to these workers, who are so full of human morality and commonsense.
There is absolutely no excuse for PUB, Mothership and CNA to report the rescuers wrongly because it could have been easily verified, not to mention an information as pertinent as this.
And to add to the rot of the establishment, The Straits Times, not only did not correct the mistake, but has the cheek to write “She is pulled out with the help of workers nearby”, as if they were helping the SCDF!
And everything else in the article is damage control and propaganda about how the authorities are doing the best they can to ensure the safety and welfare of the public.
What a bloody disgrace that we need our friends in a less developed country to show us what it means to be human, while we, a fully developed nation, have the gall to claim credit for their heroism.
need some advice why the covid fiasco already sexposed the lot of them 9696 riao lololololo...What a shameless lot of imbeciles!
