Oh cool I wana start photography as my new hobby. cos nearly everyday after work I will see a group of photographers here and there taking pictures of the city area etc and it really spark an interest in me. How shd I go about it 1st?

If you're taking up photography as a hobby, avoid budget cameras. Get a proper camera which allows you to fully control all the parameters involved in taking photographs.
