all sectors must be cleaned up, have you noticed how the civil sector was cleaned up in the previous years from michael palmer to ng boon gay. your logic is that if others do it, so can he. this will screw the marine industry in the long run. even it is so, there are many ways of bribery, i know of rich businessman who buy gold bars and give them away to customers as gifts. not transfer money over which will be highlighted in the accounts and get caught. besides, he is only an employee and not a boss, he can't just give away stakeholders money just like that. if he owns ST, then i have nothing to say.
