期間已開始有晨運客抵達散步，目擊該對男女竟公然在公眾地方「打野戰」交歡，看不過眼，致電報警。警員接報到場，該對男女方如夢初醒，兩人滿身酒氣，整理衣衫後，接受警方問話，警方調查後，以涉嫌破壞公眾體統將他們拘捕，案件交由觀塘警區刑事調查隊跟進。

罪成最高可囚七年

事後到現場散步的巿民對事件感愕然，賴小姐表示，在公眾地方不應做出此等行為，如被她撞破，會上前勸阻，若對方不理便報警。另外，潘先生則認為事件屬年輕人貪求刺激，一時衝動。執業大律師陸偉雄指出，破壞公眾體統罪為嚴重罪行，最高可入獄七年。判刑輕重，要視乎多方因素，包括嚴重性、歲數、案情、猥褻程度等。被告若屬初犯或認罪有悔意，法官或會考慮以社會服務令取代即時入獄，惟有案底或無悔意的話，則有很大機會遭判囚。

同類案件在二○一五年四月一日曾有發生，兩名來港讀大學的男女內地生，在理工大學佛光街的學生宿舍外「打野戰」，有關短片更在網上瘋傳，轟動全城，其後兩人被拘捕及控告，男被告楊昊（十九歲）及女被告吳心怡（十八歲），先後承認作出有違公德的行為罪，男方被判六十小時社會服務令，女方則被判一年感化。

【星島日報報道】警方偵破十日前揭發港珠澳大橋垃圾袋藏男屍案，前日分別在港九及新界拘捕七男女，相信他們與死者認識同染毒癖，月前於旺角一「毒品飯堂」吸毒時，死者因毒品糾紛遭人襲擊後死亡，其後被棄屍工地，昨將其中兩落手疑兇押回現場重組案情，正追緝負責棄屍的巴漢。

七男女涉垃圾袋藏屍案落網，疑涉毒品糾紛釀兇案。三十歲死者蕭志榮，案底纍纍，染有毒癮。被捕五男（三十九至五十九歲）中兩人與死者有身體接觸，兩女分別二十四及四十八歲，前者為巴基斯坦裔，是在逃巴漢的胞妹，七人涉謀殺及非法處理屍體被扣查，其中五人相信稍後會被落案起訴。

本月四日，東涌港珠澳大橋旁一個興建花圃工地，有工人發現一個黑色垃圾膠袋棄於泥堆中，袋口並且打結，工人開袋身目睹一名全身紋滿日本浮世繪刺青的男子，疑被殺後放入三至四個互套的黑色垃圾膠袋內。警方相信死者死去一至兩周，身上沒有證明文件，經比對刑事案底人士的指模，確認為姓蕭積犯，遇害前剛出獄不久，根據其背景追查身邊友人，尋獲懷疑兇案第一現場「毒品飯堂」。

毒品飯堂位於旺角通菜街一六九號唐樓三樓，過往警方曾將毒品飯堂搗破。據了解，約上月中，死者與多名癮君子在上址吸毒期間，疑因毒品問題爭執，遭至少兩人襲擊後死亡，在場一名巴基斯坦裔男子負責將屍體運至工地棄屍。

新界南總區刑事總部謝旦生總督察表示，警方調查鎖定目標後，前日清晨展開拘捕行動，分別於紅磡、旺角、屯門及香港仔共拘捕五男兩女，警方相信死者與涉案七人互相認識，各人均有黑幫背景和吸毒習慣，案件不涉男女感情問題。

昨午四時半，兩名涉襲擊死者疑兇分別於兩小時內，被探員押返毒品飯堂重組案情，兩人均黑布蒙頭及腰纏押犯鐵鏈，警方同時帶同人形公仔作模擬，沿途有探員用攝錄機拍攝。由於兇案單位樓下寵物店安裝兩閉路電視，警方相信攝下運屍過程。

各疑犯在兇案中扮演不同角色，並非全部有份襲擊死者，警方將循多方向追查，不排除有更多人被捕，部分人稍後會被檢控有關罪名，至於被捕巴基斯坦女子則獲准保釋，警方仍追查其兄長下落。

警隊今年委託港大進行最新一次市民對警隊服務調查報告，發現市民對警隊整體評分達七十三分，當中部分評分更是歷來新高，今次警方閃電破案，除市民對警隊信心大增外，更反映警隊服務質素不斷提升。

【星島日報報道】港人外遊又再爆惡行！熱愛旅遊的港男上月到台灣自駕遊時，被指撞毀租車公司新車，雙方在當地警方見證下，簽署協議書賠償約十三萬港元，並以信用卡支付部分賠款，惟港男返港後竟要求銀行取消交易，尚有一半賠款未清。租車公司負責人多次聯絡港男不果，前日在fb大吐苦水，怒斥行為「丟盡了香港人的臉」，並表示會循法律途徑追討。

港男租車自駕遊台「炒車」，疑拒賠「走數」。台灣租車公司負責人游先生前日在fb發文，又上載涉事司機的國際駕駛執照，指鄧姓港男上月二日，租用公司一輛價值一百七十萬新台幣（約四十五萬港元）福士「VW T6」九座新車，當晚在宜蘭礁溪「自炒」。從游上載的相片可見，涉事車輛右側車身嚴重損毀，車門甩脫，後座玻璃全部碎裂。

租車公司應鄧要求，翌日駕同款車到羅東予他和家人繼續行程。當時鄧還說：「很幸運承租德國的車系，家人平安。」他又表示待當天行程完結，再和游討論賠償問題，惟游多次致電鄧男都無人接聽。至晚上十一時，鄧表示身上沒有錢，要求回港後賠償全部金額。

游指該車維修費要七十萬元新台幣（約十八萬港元），加上要用九十天維修，對公司造成巨大損失，雙方在萬華區派出所調停下簽署協議書，鄧同意賠償四十九萬六千元新台幣（約十三萬港元）。當時鄧以家人信用卡支付二十五萬新台幣（約六萬六千港元），並承諾翌日會補回持卡人簽名，並再以另一張信用卡付十萬元新台幣（約二萬六千港元）賠償額。

游翌日在鄧下榻酒店等候多時不果，多次致電對方亦未有接聽。過了數天，游收到鄧匯款二十餘萬新台幣到其公司戶口，惟游另一邊廂又收到銀行通知，指鄧截停了早前的信用卡款項。游曾以fb、微信等多個渠道聯絡鄧，但均遭到封鎖，未能對話。

游指鄧的行為等同欺詐，斥「這位香港人在台灣旅遊糟蹋了我們台灣人的財產」、「丟盡了香港人的臉」，又指會按鄧簽署的租車條款向法院追討。
