觀塘遊行再演變成示威者堵路、破壞公物，更由街頭打入商場，爆發跨區警民流血衝突！港鐵昨自廢半條觀塘線服務後，激起遊行人士不滿，遊行後即展開大規模堵路、包圍警署行動，令東西九龍區交通陷癱瘓，期間有人以電鋸鋸斷常悅道的智慧燈柱。警方派出大量防暴警及速龍小隊展開清場行動，示威者以磚頭等雜物還擊，至少兩度向警方防線投擲汽油彈，警方隨即發射催淚彈、橡膠彈、布袋彈及胡椒球槍還擊，並追捕示威者至德福廣場，雙方再度開戰。觀塘騷亂在傍晚時分平息後，示威者再先後移師至黃大仙及深水埗，與警方爆發激烈衝突。
反修例人士認定智慧燈柱會竊取公眾私隱，昨發起觀塘遊行，重申反修例的五大訴求外，亦表明會「認識智慧燈柱」。遊行昨午一時卅分在駿業街遊樂場起步後，直奔至終點九龍灣零碳天地，期間有人揮舞港獨旗、美國旗及黑紫荊旗。不過，遊行人士未有散去，反轉到附近牛頭角警署對出的偉業街聚集，並搬運竹枝及水馬等雜物堵塞偉業街，警方則派出大批全副武裝的防暴警察築起防線戒備。
向警掟石 撬渠蓋 毀壞公物
至下午三時許，逾千示威者在偉業街一帶聚集，部分人到常悅道拆開智慧燈柱，甚至以電鋸將整支燈柱鋸斷。一小時後，有人向警方不斷擲石頭，警方舉黑旗警告不果後，迅即施放催淚彈，數十名手持胡椒球槍的速龍小隊衝出突襲，而示威者撤退期間兩度向警員投擲汽油彈，其後兵分兩路，一邊退至九龍灣德福廣場，另一邊則沿偉業街往觀塘方向撤退。
防暴警追捕示威者至德福廣場平台時，數個汽油彈突然爆開，速龍小隊舉起長槍戒備，警告示威者不要擲汽油彈及不要破壞公物。示威者撬起坑渠蓋及吹風機等圍成路障，雙方在平台的戲院門口對峙期間，速龍小隊突舉槍前進，發射多發胡椒球彈。
至於另一戰線的偉業街，防暴警推進至啟福道天橋底，有示威者在天橋上向警方投擲雜物，速龍小隊向天橋多次開槍。至傍晚六時許，警方不斷施放催淚彈、橡膠彈及布袋彈，終將示威者驅散出觀塘。期間，一名男示威者疑被射傷眼部，需送往聯合醫院救治。截至傍晚六時半，有五男一女送往聯合醫院，其中一名男子情況嚴重。
深水埗惡煞亮刀欲斬示威者
示威者離開觀塘區後卻不肯散去，分別由觀塘道及牛頭角道步行至彩虹站，再乘港鐵至黃大仙站集結。至晚上八時，數百名示威者突湧出龍翔道堵路，迅即癱瘓交通。防暴警及速龍小隊約半小時後到場，警員在黃大仙中心施放催淚煙，並展開清場行動，多人被制服，部分示威者則逃入附近屋邨，至深宵仍未散去。
至晚上十時，部分示威者由黃大仙乘港鐵至深水埗站，並設置路障佔據欽州街近西九龍中心一帶。期間，有持刀男子未知何故衝上前欲追斬示威者，幸被及時制止；其後警方繼續驅散示威者。
觀塘遊行發起人劉頴匡被捕
此外，是次觀塘遊行發起人劉頴匡晚上被警方以非法集結罪拘捕，另有十七人被扣查。
政府對示威者的破壞及暴力行為予以強烈譴責，警方將嚴正追究所有違法行為。

The Kwun Tong parade has evolved into demonstrators blocking roads and destroying public property. It has also been driven into the shopping malls by the streets. After the MTR yesterday squandered half of the Kwun Tong Line service, it provoked dissatisfaction with the demonstrators. After the parade, it launched a massive road closure and surrounded the police station. The traffic in Kowloon East was trapped. During the period, some people saw it with a chainsaw. The wisdom lamppost of the Tao. The police sent a large number of anti-riot police and Athlon squad to carry out the clearance operation. The demonstrators responded with bricks and other debris and fired at least two petrol bombs at the police line. The police immediately fired tear gas, rubber bullets, bag bombs and pepper balls to fight back. After chasing the demonstrators to Telford Plaza, the two sides fought again. After the riots in Kwun Tong settled in the evening, the demonstrators moved to Wong Tai Sin and Sham Shui Po, and there was a fierce clash with the police.

By 3 pm, more than a thousand demonstrators gathered in Weiye Street. Some people went to Changyue Road to open the lampposts and even saw the entire lamppost with a chainsaw. Dozens of Athlon squads with pepperball guns rushed out of the raid, and the demonstrators threw the police twice during the retreat. When the riot police chased the demonstrators to the platform of Telford Plaza, several petrol bombs suddenly exploded. The Athlon team raised their long guns and warned the demonstrators not to throw petrol bombs and not to destroy public property. The demonstrators picked up the pit cover and the hair dryer to form a roadblock. During the confrontation between the two sides of the platform, the Athlon team made a sudden assault on the gun and fired multiple pepper balls.
As for Weiye Street on the other front, the anti-riot police advanced to the bottom of the Kaifu Road flyover. Demonstrators threw debris at the bridge on the flyover. The Athlon team fired multiple shots at the flyover. At about 6 o'clock in the evening, the police continued to apply tear gas, rubber bombs and bag bombs, and eventually the demonstrators dispersed out of Kwun Tong. During the period, a male demonstrator was suspected of being shot and injured and was sent to the United Christian Hospital for treatment. As of 6:30 in the evening, five men and one woman were sent to United Christian Hospital. One of the men was in serious condition.
Sham, swearing, screaming, demonstrating
After the demonstrators left the Kwun Tong District, they refused to disperse. They walked from Kwun Tong Road and Niu Tau Kok Road to Lei Wan Estate and then took the MTR to Wong Tai Sin Station. By 8 pm, hundreds of demonstrators rushed out of Longxiang Road and blocked traffic. The riot police and the Athlon squad arrived about half an hour later. Police officers applied tear gas at the Wong Tai Sin Centre and started the clearance operation. Many of them were subdued. Some demonstrators fled to the nearby estates, and the squats still did not disperse. .
At 10 pm, some demonstrators took MTR from Wong Tai Sin to Sham Shui Po Station and set up roadblocks to occupy Qinzhou Street near West Kowloon Centre. During the period, there were people who had a knife and rushed to the front to try to trace the demonstrators. Fortunately, they were stopped in time; the police continued to disperse the demonstrators.
Liu Tong, founder of Kwun Tong parade, was arrested
In addition, the founder of the Kwun Tong parade, Liu Wei, was arrested by the police for illegal assembly and another 17 people were detained for enquiries.
The government strongly condemns the destruction and violence of the demonstrators, and the police will strictly investigate all violations.
