【星島日報報道】9·21元朗靜坐活動終演變成激烈衝突，示威者在元朗大馬路疑對數名持不同政見挑釁者「私了」，將對方打至頭破血流，警方經調查後，落案起訴30歲送貨員一項襲擊致造成身體傷害罪及一項刑事毀壞罪，並控告25歲裝修工一項有意圖傷人罪，今於粉嶺裁判法院提堂，被告暫毋須答辯，控方申請押後案件至12月20日獲准，以待警方進一步調查，並指案件有可能轉介至更高級別的法院。裁判官以指控嚴重、證據強及有潛逃風險為由拒絕兩名被告保釋申請，繼續還押監房。
控方稱案發情節嚴重，有片段拍到張裕泰疑先指罵事主，繼而於事主欲乘搭的士離開時與群眾以疑似棍狀物及拳腳襲擊，致其瘀傷及流血，張更將事主電話擲在地上。控方稱張亦身負另一銅鑼灣襲擊案，缺席到警署報到，冀法庭考量。
惟辯方透露張患自閉症，該銅鑼灣襲擊事件與公眾活動無關，解釋張缺席往警署報到是源於誤解及害怕，保證此案如獲保釋會依期報到。
至於陳澧圖方面，控方稱有片段清楚拍到其樣貌、衣著及其背包，陳與大批人士疑似用棍狀物及拳腳襲擊事主，致其頭部受創，須縫近17針。辯方剛透露陳中五畢業，與18歲胞弟同住，剛獲主題樂園聘用，反駁受害者傷勢未必與陳有關。
張裕泰（30歲）被控於本月22日在元朗康景街3至19號利景樓地下外襲擊李德忠，對其造成身體傷害。張另被控於同日元朗青山公路元朗段輕鐵康樂路站無合法辯解而損壞屬於李德忠的一部「小米」牌手提電話，意圖損壞該財產或罔顧該財產是否會被損壞。
陳澧圖（25歲）被控於本月22日在元朗青山公路近元朗段輕鐵康樂路站與一班不知名人士意圖使張灌雄身體受嚴重傷害，而非法及惡意傷害張。

[Sing Tao Daily News] The 9:21 Yuen Long sit-in activity eventually turned into a fierce conflict. The demonstrators in the Yuen Long Da Ma Road suspected that several different political provocateurs were "private" and beat the other side to the blood. After the police investigated The 30-year-old deliveryman sued a 30-year-old deliveryman for causing bodily harm and a criminal murder. He also charged a 25-year-old decoration worker with a crime of intentional assault. This is the case at the Fanling Magistracy. In reply, the prosecution’s application for the postponement was approved until December 20th, pending further investigation by the police and referring to the possibility of referral to a higher court. The magistrate refused the two defendants' bail applications on the grounds of serious allegations, strong evidence and risk of absconding, and continued to remand the prison.
The prosecution claimed that the case was serious. Some of the fragments were photographed by Zhang Yutai, who first blamed the victim, and then the victim wanted to take the taxi and attacked with the suspects with sticks and fists, causing bruises and bleeding. Throw the victim's phone to the ground. The prosecution claimed that Zhang Yi was injured in another Causeway Bay attack and was absent from the police station to report to the court.
However, the defense revealed that Zhang suffered from autism. The attack in Causeway Bay was not related to public activities. Explaining Zhang’s absence to the police station was due to misunderstanding and fear, and that the case would be reported on bail if it was released on bail.
As for Chen Yutu, the prosecution claimed that there were fragments that clearly captured its appearance, clothing and backpacks. Chen and a large number of people suspected of attacking the victim with sticks and fists, causing his head to be injured, requiring nearly 17 stitches. The defense just revealed that Chen Zhongwu graduated and lived with the 18-year-old brother. He was just hired by the theme park. Refuting the victim’s injury may not be related to Chen.
Zhang Yutai (30 years old) was charged with assaulting Li Dezhong outside the ground floor of Lijing Building, No. 3-19, Kangjing Street, Yuen Long on the 22nd of this month. Zhang was also accused of damaging a "Xiaomi" brand mobile phone belonging to Li Dezhong without a lawful excuse against the Yuen Long Section of the Yuen Long Section of the Yung Ching Shan Road. It was intended to damage the property or whether the property would be damaged.
Mr Chan (25) was charged with serious injuring and suffering from illegal and malicious injuries at a light rail road in the Yuen Long section of Yuen Long near Yuen Long.
