凍肉店切肉員涉嫌謀殺肢解女保安員案續審，死者胞姐出庭作供，她亦是被告的前外母。胞姐稱她得悉妹妹在港失踪後，特地從內地到港，期間亦有見過被告，更在被告家食過飯，並有向被告提及其妹失踪的事，惟被告即回應稱他沒有香港身份證，不宜到處跑，最後沒有叫被告幫忙。她亦稱記不起被告是否曾向她介紹過一名叫「阿海」的人。
被告顏永周，51歲，被控於2016年5月1日在深水埗一單位內，謀殺女子陳秀華（62歲，下稱：陳）。控方指，陳是被告前外母的妹妹。
曾到被告家食飯
死者胞姐陳秀珠（即被告前外母）供稱，她居於廣東普寧。前年的復活節假期首日曾見過其妹陳秀華，那亦是她最後一次見到胞妹。其後她從兒子口中得知胞妹失踪了，便於前年5月初到香港找妹。
期間，被告有叫她到家中吃飯，但她說不出被告家的地址。她在吃飯時候有向被告提及其妹失踪的事，惟被告並無香港身份證，故她沒有叫被告幫手找其妹。
記不起被告是否曾介紹「阿海」
陳秀珠又指，被告與她的女兒結婚，育有一子，被告兒子現年約二十多歲。被告與其女兒離婚後，與一名四川女子再婚。她知道該四川女子亦沒有香港身份證，後來亦被警方拘捕及遣返回大陸。被告現在的太太有時會叫她從大陸帶東西給被告，她亦會為被告帶藥和化妝品等給被告在大陸的母親和現任太太。
辯方律師盤問時指，證人於2015年底的冬天曾到被告家，當時有4個男人在吃火鍋，證人指不記得。辯方續指被告曾向她介紹4人中，其中一人叫「阿海」，證人指被告是有介紹過一個男人予她認識，但她並不記得該男子的名字。
被告僱主否認被警迫認人
被告的僱主顏駿成（下稱：顏）下午作供，他在接受辯方盤問時，被指給被告低至1萬6千元的薪水，因為被告是非法入境者，顏不同意。
辯方又指，顏在協助警方調查時，曾觀看案中相關片段，警方曾向他指出「陳明」殺了人。顏稱不記得，又指當時報紙有報導事件，所有人都知道。辯方又說，警方曾對他說過一定要認出「陳明」，因為顏的店鋪聘請了非法入境者，如果顏認不出「陳明」，便會有麻煩，顏不同意說法。
控方開案陳詞早前指，被告曾對警方承認用名叫「陳明」的假身份證租住涉案的單位。

The frozen meat shop meat cutter was suspected of murdering the dismembered female security guard case, and the deceased sister appeared in court to give evidence. She is also the defendant's former mother. The sister-in-law said that she had learned that her sister had gone to the port from the Mainland after her disappearance in Hong Kong. She had seen the defendant during the period, and had eaten at the defendant’s house. She also mentioned to the defendant that her sister’s disappearance, but the defendant responded. He does not have a Hong Kong identity card, it is not appropriate to run around, and finally did not ask the defendant to help. She also said that she could not remember whether the defendant had introduced to her a person named "A Hai".
The defendant, Yan Yongzhou, aged 51, was charged with murdering a woman Chen Xiuhua (62 years old, hereinafter referred to as Chen) in a unit in Sham Shui Po on May 1, 2016. The prosecution pointed out that Chen was the sister of the former foreign mother of the defendant.
I went to the defendant’s house to eat rice.
The deceased cell sister Chen Xiuzhu (the former foreigner of the defendant) said that she lives in Puning, Guangdong. On the first day of the Easter holiday of the previous year, she saw her sister Chen Xiuhua, which was the last time she saw her sister. Later, she learned from her son that her sister was missing, and she was able to find a girl in Hong Kong in early May of the previous year.
During the period, the defendant told her to go home to eat, but she could not tell the address of the defendant's home. When she was eating, she mentioned to the defendant that her sister was missing. However, the defendant did not have a Hong Kong identity card, so she did not ask the defendant to help her find her sister.
Can't remember whether the defendant introduced "A Hai"
Chen Xiuzhu also pointed out that the defendant married her daughter and had a son. The defendant’s son is about twenty years old. After the defendant divorced her daughter, she remarried with a Sichuan woman. She knew that the Sichuan woman did not have a Hong Kong identity card and was later arrested and repatriated to the mainland by the police. The defendant’s current wife sometimes asks her to bring something from the mainland to the defendant. She will also bring the drug and cosmetics to the defendant’s mother and current wife.
When the defense lawyer questioned, the witness went to the defendant's home in the winter of 2015. At that time, four men were eating hot pot, and the witness did not remember. The defense continued to refer to the defendant who introduced her to one of the four people, one of whom was called "Ahai". The witness said that the defendant had introduced a man to her, but she did not remember the man's name.
The defendant’s employer denied being accused of being convinced
The defendant’s employer, Yan Juncheng (hereinafter referred to as “Yan”), gave evidence in the afternoon. When he was questioned by the defense, he was accused of giving the defendant a salary as low as 16,000 yuan. Because the defendant was an illegal immigrant, Yan disagreed.
The defense also pointed out that when Yan assisted the police in investigating, he watched the relevant fragments in the case. The police pointed out to him that "Chen Ming" killed the people. Yan said that he did not remember, and that the newspaper reported incidents at the time, and everyone knew it. The defense also said that the police had told him that he had to recognize "Chen Ming" because Yan's shop hired illegal immigrants. If Yan could not recognize "Chen Ming", he would have trouble and disagree.
The prosecution’s opening statement pointed out earlier that the defendant had admitted to the police to use the fake ID card named “Chen Ming” to rent the unit involved.
The case will continue next Monday.
