【經濟日報專訊】香港大學民意研究計劃發起的「3.23民間全民選特首」，昨展開7小時後即遭黑客攻擊，網上及手機投票通通癱瘓，頓成國際新聞，卻也激起2.3萬名市民趕到各票站投票，出現長長人龍，務求宣示「我有權選特首！」港大昨晚宣布，延長投票時間至今午4時。

港大民意研究計劃科技經理馬晉彥昨坦言，投票系統早於一、兩日前測試期間被攻擊，曾經每秒有100萬人點擊，亦有2名職員的電郵遭擅改密碼；至昨晨癱瘓時，網站流量其實比凌晨時還要低，及後證實是攻擊。
港大民意研究計劃總監鍾庭耀昨晚指出，不會聯想遭政治打壓，但會在安頓後報警；截至昨晚9時，分別有2.2萬人在網上及2.3萬在票站投票，合共4.5萬人。
投票延長至今午 10時或有結果
鍾預料，網站可於昨深夜時分復修，會延長投票時間，市民今晨9時至下午4時可在網站或多個票站投票；主辦單位已準備10萬張選票及信封（見表），最快今晚10時公布結果。
他補充，昨晨混亂時部分市民沒以信封封好的選票，不會被點算，市民要重新投票。
對於有市民擔心在網上投票時輸入的身份證及手機號碼會遭黑客盜取，馬晉彥表示，接收有關資料時已即時將之變成亂碼、亦不可還原，市民不用擔心。
警方發言人表示，若接獲舉報便會全面展開調查。據了解，如報案人聲稱其電腦系統遭黑客入侵，警方便需撿走所有系統及硬件，變相凍結所有資料，當事人將無法繼續工作；有資深警務人員不排除有人不欲投票活動暫停，或待投票活動及點票結果公布後，才考慮報案。
