【本報訊】葵涌私營殘疾人士院舍「康橋之家」前院長張健華，早前遭一名中年視障女子指控張在卅多年前對她性侵，涉嫌於學校及夏令營內五度非禮她，張事後被控五項非禮罪，案件昨於區院續審。女事主母親出庭供稱當時得知事件後雖感非常不開心，惟顧忌年幼女兒仍需在涉案學校讀書，擔心報警後「變咗全世界都知道，唔知點算」，遂決定不報警，她亦沒有就事件向女兒查問。
社工指得知泳池有人毛手毛腳
當年曾就事件向女事主Ｘ查詢的社工方姑娘昨供稱，被告當時在校內成績不俗，表現突出，又是泳界名人，說話風趣，猶如「校內明星」，家長亦認識他，而事主則較文靜，喜歡參與戶外活動如游泳等。方憶述在涉案時間曾參與學校舉辦的宿營活動，期間從女生們中得知有人會在泳池「毛手毛腳」，並輾轉得知了Ｘ可能涉及其中。方亦發現Ｘ當時較少參與活動，「個人沉咗啲喎」，於是找Ｘ傾談，問事主「有無畀人搞過」等，事主聞言表現很不開心並哭，亦像不願意透露事件。
方昨表示，她向院長報告後曾探訪事主家人，事主的母親Y初時開心接待她，惟聽罷事件後卻面容一僵，更雙眼通紅，喃喃重複地說：「點解健華哥哥會做啲咁嘅嘢？」但Y表示不欲報警。方續指院長及後就事件召見被告，被告在會中表示「無做過」，其後離職。
