【星島日報報道】兩名「阿伯」去打劫！深水埗一住宅，昨遭兩名年逾六旬老翁賺門入屋爆竊，兩匪與獨居女戶主相遇，亮鎅刀打劫，掠走她兩部手機及現金逃去，樓下商鋪「天眼」拍下劫匪背部，警員得以掌握賊人衣着和特徵，立即展開兜截，在四百米外擒獲其中一名走路時「一拐一拐」疑匪，起回部分贜物，警方重案組接手調查，追緝其餘一名在逃劫匪。
六旬「打劫二人組」在深水埗入屋犯案，一被捕一逃脫。現場為南昌街一八〇號普泰大廈，設有升降機上落。
昨晨十時五十分，兩名男子聯袂進入大廈四處徘徊，發現其中一單位門戶虛掩，於是推門進入企圖爆竊，當時正在廚房弄炊的三十八歲姓陳女戶主，聞異聲出來查看，與兩賊相遇，對方即亮出鎅刀向其指嚇聲言打劫，掠走她兩部共值一千三百元的手機及二千元現金，即奪門逃走，女事主驚魂甫定報警。
警員趕至調查，證實女事主並無受傷，立即翻查樓下各家店鋪「天眼」拍攝街外情景的閉路電視錄片段，發現兩匪朝長沙灣道方向走去，其中一名穿背心賊人疑行動不便，走路時「一拐一拐」，警方憑此特徵，通令區內軍裝警員留意。
約一小時後，距離案發現場約四百米外的南昌街與荔枝角道交界位置，有醒目巡警發現該名疑行動不便疑匪，立即上前截查拘捕，在其身上尋回事主其中一部手機和一千六百元款項，還起出一把鎅刀，一併帶署扣查，疑犯姓劉（六十三歲），染有不良嗜好，案底纍纍，包括毒品、藏械和打劫等。
案件交深水埗警區重案組接手調查，並追緝其餘一名年約六十餘歲賊人，初步相信他亦染有不良嗜好。事發大廈有住客表示，樓宇落成五十多年，主要靠樓下大閘把關，沒有保安崗位，外人容易進入。
深水埗區議員袁海文指出，區內頗多「癮君子」，部分在南昌街一帶聚腳，他們過往多涉及毒品和樓宇單位爆竊活動，今次在白天入屋行劫較少見，令住戶感到擔憂，希望警方加強巡邏以收阻嚇。
