Have a sudden craze for Seafood Bee Hoon.
Used to patronize a Heng Hwa restaurant at Maude Road many years back. Anyone know if it is still around ?
Appreciate if you can recommend other venue for this dish, as it seems uncommon, especially when served with lala.

PUTIEN Heng Hwa Bee Hoon is the only sundried vermicelli milled by hand in Putian. Unlike machine dried bee hoon, drying manually under the sun at the crack of dawn ensures that the bee hoon is translucent, silky, fine, chewy but not brittle. The rich, milky stock of pork bones and old hens cooked for hours and infused with 10 sumptuous ingredients add to the flavour of the bee hoon. Definitely one of our crowd favourites.

Still around. Easier to park nowadays as night joints aren’t operating. Reasonably priced.

knn singapore how big only. they also have branches all over the places
For me to go from west to there just for a bee-hoon doesn't make sense. Prefer hawker centres, coffee shops for affordability. The days of expensive dining is over for me.
