oh perlease! i m different from that desperate abc troll who thinks she's really a dowager. she thinks she's higher than the law but actually she overpriced herself. she's nothing but a imbecile cheapskate both in thoughts, words and actions.

it's fair to pay parking fee but pay it in a FAIR & JUSTIFIABLE WAY.

if we recall the old days, we just need to park our cars and a parking attendant would come and issue a parking check-in time. when we drove away, we just need to drive to the parking attendant's booth, handed over the parking slip and paid whatever time we had parked.

now was that fair and easy? some kind and generous attendants even charged us cheaper unlike now - THEY SUMMON WITHOUT MERCY!!

so what's HDB? to make more money out of summons or to be a fair stat board exercising a FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE?
