From my observations, Indians normally prefer to keep dogs and their constant barking is much worse than anything a cat might do.

Hopefully it will cause them a few votes as LKY claimed that 75% of the Malays voted for them.

In return, Nor Aisha and her local neighbours should watch the foreigner like a hawk as they are the ones most likely to break HDB rules.
