Developers often misrepresent walking distance from mrt. Beware. 2 bustops may be walkable once in a long while. Try walking everyday 365 days a year in this hot and humid climate. Ranjiao also sweat. End up, in most days will take taxi or grab. Pay high price for property and still got to rely on cab and grab. Lol
