when u think the haze is sickening, wait till the 7th Lunar mth - the ghosts festival mth.
there would be more burning of incense papers and joss sticks and all these would stick on u beside the irritating smog.
can our gahmen do anything? no way and clueless. so if such local problem, they can't even solve, don't expect them to solve the bigger asian haze. still they get their million $ for a total incompetent job. :(
