char , my mother is a hawker . for your infor , alot of famous hawkers are all self-taught . my mother also teach me how to cook . if you are willing to learn , im sure theres many ways for you to learn ...instead of going school .
I know a lot of hawkers are self taught like I said, nothing stopping them from starting if they want to but instead of making those pple run all around the place to look for a way to get started, wouldn't starting a school help eliminate the biggest obstacle to begin with. If someone have the skills, NOTHING is stopping them from starting up, the problem is acquiring the skill is a very big problem right now. We would all like to see the protege self taught chef starting his own stall and making good, but it isn't happening. And I just want to point out, U see pple here complaining about food quality going downhill, did anyone bother to ask WHY?????
