Even now, as Aloysius ashes have been scattered in the sea, President Halimah has not said one word
on the death. Maybe waiting for COI results, but even then, surely words of condolence should be
uttered. Afterall, not every soldier gets a military burial, complete with life telecast.
The other dissapointment is the potential next DPM-in-waiting (if he gets elected) Chan Chun Seng.
His silence has also been deafening. He was a COA - some words would have been relevant. But in
the past he has been dishing out advice to the Osim chairman on how to expand his market etc -
never mind the fact that he has never ever worked one day in the commercial world.
DPM Teo was former navy chief. Also, no words whatsoever?
Silence does speak, it seems.
What do you think?
