日前唱跳牽亡歌登記參選的虎尾鎮長候選人陳獻堂，今（19）日號次抽籤再出怪招出場，以驚人的出殯儀式，躺在棺材裡由禮生扛著到虎尾鎮公所抽籤，全程吸引許多人觀看，大家議論紛紛。擁有碩士學位，目前在修博士高學歷的陳獻堂，因為不滿當今政治現況和黑道橫行，所以立志要出來斬妖除魔，參選下屆的虎尾鎮長，今日從棺材裡跳出抽籤，沒想到抽中「4號」，起初聽到時他還愣了一下，接著高喊「4號事事如意」，化解一度尷尬的氣氛。

目前在虎尾鎮公所民政課任職的虎尾鎮長候選人陳獻堂，曾擔任過虎尾鎮殯葬所長的他，擁有高學歷，目前繼續念書要取得博士學位，不過他相當不滿政治現況，所以毅然決然投入下屆的虎尾鎮長選舉。繼上回登記參選時把自己打扮成乩童，帶著牽亡陣歌女大跳《牽亡歌》後，今日候選人號次抽籤，他不改搞怪作風，以出殯儀式出場。
上午到虎尾鎮公所抽籤，陳獻堂進去前躺在紙棺材裡，由六名穿黑衣戴白手套的禮生手扶靈柩，一旁還有扮成唐三藏的人手持法器引路，直到公所門口，陳獻堂才從棺材蹦出來，進去裡頭抽籤。此屆虎尾鎮長選舉總共有4人參選，陳獻堂被第一個叫到抽籤，他相當興奮，迅速地舉手高喊「到」後跑到台前抽籤。不料抽出號碼，工作人員亮出籤號告知是「4」號時，現場頓時一片安靜2秒，陳獻堂自己也愣了一下，被提醒要說些話時，陳才舉手比出4然後高喊，「4號，事事如意」，接著要大家來點掌聲。

離開公所後，在公所門外陳獻堂繼續自己的「演出」，突然單膝下跪高舉左手，接著對著扮成「唐三藏」的人喊說，「恭請老師賜號碼」，「唐三藏」隨即將抽籤號碼貼上他的肩帶。沒想到這樣還沒有結束，陳獻堂又突然轉身從紙棺材裡拿出一碗「腳尾飯」，大口、大口地吃起滷蛋，接著表示，他特製的棺材是想讓大家升官發財，然後會用這樣的方式進去抽籤，他說，因為台灣政治已死，盼能以此讓有志之士勇敢站出來參選，讓往生的台灣再獲重生。

最後陳獻堂還從棺材裡拿出一根鋁製做的球棒，他一邊打自己一邊說，自己過去擔任殯葬所長時，因為腳尾飯事件遭人檢舉，當時還被人拿球棒毆打，但最後司法還他清白了，他也期許社會大眾可以放大眼光檢視他陳獻堂。不僅如此，陳獻堂更承諾，如果他未來當選了，一定會好好地做，「所以我希望我們的社會大眾，可以給我素人參政，小弟我陳獻堂，擔任公務人員24年的人一個機會。」

基進黨議員在選委會前高呼口號宣傳理念，沒想到旁邊的中華統一促進黨越聽越不對勁，衝突一觸即發。
兩方人馬隔空叫陣，好在警方先一步擋在中間，避免衝突擴大，台北市議員候選人上午進行選舉號次抽籤，不少議員花招百出。

高雄市今天舉行市長、市議員及里長選舉候選人號次抽籤，左營區里長候選人在區公所抽籤時，1名女候選人疑騷擾另名女候選人，被控恐嚇，抽完籤立即被警方逮捕。這名女候選人在派出所趴地不理警方問話，全案正由警方查辦中。
據警方瞭解，今天上午9點多被捕的陳姓女里長候選人（53歲），昨天便曾到控告她的朱姓女候選人競選服務處大聲叫吼，引起附近居民注目，也引來警方關切，當時警方便帶陳女回派出所，勸她注意自己行為，避免惹官司，由於今天號次抽籤，朱姓候選人昨也未提告。陳、朱是左營區某里里長候，2人都不是現任里長。

高雄市今天舉行市長、市議員及里長選舉候選人號次抽籤，左營區里長候選人在區公所抽籤時，1名女候選人疑騷擾另名女候選人，被控恐嚇，抽完籤立即被警方逮捕。這名女候選人在派出所趴地不理警方問話，全案正由警方查辦中。
據警方瞭解，今天上午9點多被捕的陳姓女里長候選人（53歲），昨天便曾到控告她的朱姓女候選人競選服務處大聲叫吼，引起附近居民注目，也引來警方關切，當時警方便帶陳女回派出所，勸她注意自己行為，避免惹官司，由於今天號次抽籤，朱姓候選人昨也未提告。陳、朱是左營區某里里長候，2人都不是現任里長。
