Growing Chinese influence - CNY has been declared a public holiday in Pinoyland

Was told by a friend who recently visited Pinoyland that it was hard to find condoms even in the 7-11s there.

Because they are Catholics? That is why their couples seldom divorce but have open affairs instead.

Soon Chinese will outpopulate the whole world....not sure if it's a good thing

Everytime you call a call center or customer service rep, chances are you'll hear a Pinoy chick's voice.

Their accent always made me smile. It's so distinctive, your ears won't deceive you.

Also, Singapore is very stingy with its number of public holidays compared to other countries e.g. Thailand and Japan.
