房東最怕遇到骯髒又無賴的房客！日前美國紐約皇后區的一名房東，好不容易趕走租了20年的無賴房客，怎料他進入屋內打掃時，不但發現房客留下一堆雜物在客廳，更可怕的是，在垃圾堆底下竟翻出一具腐爛屍體，房東當場嚇壞趕緊報警。警方目前正在釐清租客是否涉案。

綜合外媒報導，該名租客的身分為一名59歲的大媽，已和房東租了20多年的她，由於生活習慣實在太差，把環境弄得相當髒亂、惡臭味頻傳，讓鄰居難以忍受頻頻向房東投訴，最終房東只能請大媽搬離。而大媽因過於肥胖行動不便，搬離時還是由救護車將她載走的。
大媽搬離後，房東進屋打掃時，發現她留下了滿屋的雜物和垃圾，於是找人協助一同清理，費了好大一番功夫終於將客廳內的雜物堆搬開，怎料下方竟藏有一具發黑腐爛的屍體，嚇得房東趕緊報警。

警方獲報到場時，發現該具遺體陳屍過久，腐爛到難以辨識性別，也無法立即判定死因和死亡時間。據公寓旁速食店的資深男店員表示，根本不知道公寓內住有這號人物，甚至還藏有屍體。目前當地警方正在釐清死者與房客的關係，以及死者的確切死因。

The landlord is most afraid of encountering dirty and rogue tenants! Recently, a landlord in Queens, New York, USA, managed to drive away the rogue tenants who had rented for 20 years. When he went into the house to clean, he not only found that the tenants left a pile of debris in the living room, but even more terrible is that in the garbage. Under the pile, a rotten corpse was turned over, and the landlord frightened on the spot and rushed to the police. The police are currently clarifying whether the tenant is involved.

According to a comprehensive foreign media report, the tenant’s identity is a 59-year-old aunt who has been renting with the landlord for more than 20 years. Because her living habits are too bad, the environment is quite messy and stinking. The neighbors couldn't bear to complain to the landlord frequently, and eventually the landlord could only ask the aunt to move away. The aunt was too inconvenient to move, and she was taken away by an ambulance when she left.
After the aunt moved out, when the landlord went into the house to clean the house, she found that she left the house full of debris and garbage, so she asked someone to help clean it up. It took a lot of effort to finally move the debris in the living room. There was a black rotted body underneath, which scared the landlord to hurry.

When the police were reported to the scene, they found that the body was dead for a long time, rotted to the point where it was difficult to identify the sex, and it was impossible to immediately determine the cause of death and the time of death. According to the senior male clerk at the fast food restaurant next to the apartment, I don’t know if there is such a person in the apartment or even a corpse. The local police are currently clarifying the relationship between the deceased and the tenant and the exact cause of death of the deceased.
