Shopping online at e-commerce sites, u can't see, feel, inspect the product and so u won't know what sellers do to it and are up to whereas u can do all that plus test at retail shops.

This one below i suspect it could be fake because the packaging is different from the original. And i see many reviews which means there are unsuspecting, naive customers.

And there are hidden costs, not $4.35.

I've used Qoo10 but have had mixed results:(

Ordered a water filter that didn't fit my shower & when I contacted the company for solutions, their only response was to keep claiming that their product fits.
It was from a china based company, at least they sent me the products.

Had one order that went missing for some Korean products. The shipping method that I chose was Qxpress, they probably sent it to the wrong address. At least I got a refund.

The only order that went smoothly was for a cleaning robot from a Spore based company. The item was delivered very quickly.

With all the cock ups with Qoo10, I prefer to order from Amazon or eBay. Have ordered from these 2 companies numerous times without any problems
I think Qoo10 is a company associated to eBay

Nowadays If I see something I like in Qoo10 I make sure that it is from a local company & where I can go down to pick up the product, I would never ever choose the option for delivery by Singpost

Fxxk qoo10 for always ads low price and add this add that for nothing extra. Even color selection also need more.
They thought shoppers are dummies.
