Bangkok people detested and bullied the Red Shirts, that's why they protested.

The farmers and villagers want the Elite Bangkok people to know that there is another Thailand in the North and Northeast that Thaksin cares.

The game is - the Yellow Shirts took over the Airport and cost Thailand billions of loss revenue; so the Red Shirts too can takeover Business District and cost Thailand billions as well.

So all is fair and square. Now let's all get back to planting rice and pampering the tourists - and worship the Royal Family who has kindly agreed to help the families of those killed in the undeclared civil war.

There are poor people in Bangkok as there are rich people up in the North and Northeast.

The charred hulk of Central World, one of Southeast Asia's biggest shopping malls has undergone a 2.8 billion baht ($90 million) renovation four months after anti-government protesters set it ablaze. The black smoke spiraling out of Central World was an iconic image of the chaos that gripped Bangkok May 19 when troops moved in to clear protesters who had occupied the area for 10 weeks.
