I think it's also time to relook at the point system. Can we have something like karma points from the old plastic.com? Small +1 for good posts (like Froggy's jackpot on tuesday night and many others).

But a person's accumulated points will depreciate over time to encourage constant participation. Maybe put a "highest/lowest record" of karma points to keep semi-retired nicks like Ptader, porfirio rubirosa, aurvandil etc around.
