Good photos of US aircraft carrier explosion and fire

Morgan, I'm not sure. Orchard Hobby should still be the Mecca for model hobbyists, at Centrepoint 3rd floor, opposite Royal Sporting House.

Hate to tell you but orchard store have moved to a hotel ( can't remember the name sorry ) somewhere between sommerset mrt and douby gaut mrt. As for morgans Jennifer has retired and sold the store to Peter and and changed the name to HobbyBounties. For me I am a 1/72 sacle collector with over a 100 tanks and 3k or so germans fully painted :) in my house. If any of you guys are interested in war gamming and collect 1/72 figs u guys should checkout the new Ceasar brands they produce real cool details at such small scales:D

hahaha...the plane with one of the longest (if not the longest) service record must be the old work horse, C130....
the plane which started service around 1957, has more than 50 years sevice with USAF.
Singapore has 10 such aircraft which started service around 1980.
In 2007, the aircrafts started a 20-year life extension program.
The first upgraded aircraft was handed over to 122 SQN in Jul 2010 which means it will remain inservice till at least 2030.....

Rommel versus Montgomery all the way! That's the best tank warfare models collectible, worth assembling and painting. Ironically, the best model kits, IMHO, came from Tamiya when Japan wasn't really famous for tank warfare. For aerial warfare, nothing beats Supermarine Spitfire versus Messerschmitt 109 models by Airfix.

The C130s were also being modified as gunships in the Vietnam War...all guns blazing from the sky, so beautiful like fireworks N yet so deadly!!!

Nostalgic, yes. Reminiscing, yes. But to go back to all those tweezers, glue, paint, soft brush, airbrush etc...zzz... :( :o

I've done it in my time and I'm passed my time. Just hope the younger boys keep it up.

OK! After my dinner I finally got idea how to tease you all boyish toy players.

No offense:p

The idea of these real weapons are like REAL SEX in my thread.

The scale model fans are not really having sex, they are just only drooling and watching pretty girls.
:D:D

:p

So grow up!

Get some real sex!

Don't even PCC boys!

Go and poke real CBs lah!
:D

When I was much younger, I was crazy about the MD Phantom F4-IV, I assembled an airfix model & on a stand on my study table.

MD Phantom F4 fans any?

Sort of, until I became specky.

It was arount the time Sg airforce had strikemasters and my uncle went for the selection - didn't make it.

I assmeble plastic kit of F-4, A-4 (Skyhawk?), F-104 Starfighter then didn't go on. Oh yes, also Battleship Yamato. Preferred to make lastic slingshot and blowpipes and stuff with real projectiles.

Cheers!
