I read in other forums that they were from 369 and were there to seek the the group which the deceased belongs to. If that's the case, it can be argued that the attack was premeditated. If so, murder can jalan right?

That means that the deceased was no 'angel' as portrayed in the papers, he was out to find trouble, and trouble found him...
