The say is " fools rushes in where Angels fear to thread" The 70% fools will rush in when the building is burning & is collapsing & even when there is a huge 'ponding' for they have been listening the hit parade song of " Upturn the downturn" by the PAP all the time. To them, they are the gods that they will give their all..which by the way, includes their pantat.
